At check-in, I was told that there was no luggage cart and instructed by the night manager to grab one from the hotel adjacent to it. “We have a special relationship with each other.” the night manager responded when I asked if it would be problematic. I had to laugh at such a strange minor inconvenience, property has only one elevator in the building with front desk/check in, mind you the property has 3 floors and 6 or more buildings, so dependent on room placement, this could be inconvenient or impossible dependent on a person’s ability at the time. After a car accident, my close friend and I barely completed that journey, and once we got into our room, we were surprised by the conditions, and not pleasantly. It smelled of stale cigarettes, not a single towel to be found, (in a two bedroom “apartment”/“suite”, what looked to be a hole from a burn from a cigarette burn on the top cover of the bed in the room to the left, exhausted we fell asleep. Before falling asleep, we had called the front desk to inquire about towels and a change of clean sheets or at least a cover/comforter without a huge burn hole,

First of all my room wasn't ready for my arrive.. no towels and also mattresses were dirty and stain..i got 10 before 12 midnight and was 1.30 am and i was still waiting for them to change the mattress. I highly do not recommend.

Don’t waste your money or time. The ES stands for extended stay so it’s not for the busy traveler or anyone looking for a short stay. The entire property needs to be renovated and repaired it got to a point after seeing several bugs in my room I did not stay over night. I left after a five hour rest. My body wouldn’t allow me to sleep in a room like that.

Top two worst hotels ever.

Room and hotel was absolutely disgusting. I went with my family and they only had two pillows. AC barely worked. Bed, towels, sheets, couches, and rugs were disgusting. Small bugs everywhere. In the middle of the first night we decided to book another hotel in the middle of the night and leave for the remainder of our stay in Dallas.

The staff are doing their best and very friendly, housekeeping is trying hard too but... it could actually be quite nice except this property has SERIOUS maintenance issues. My first room had leaky pipes, after a shower the entire bedroom carpet was soaked. They quickly moved me to another room except neither of the TVs worked, the kitchen sink wouldn't drain and there was no hot water.

I usually really like staying at a Sonesta property. This is not a great property. However, the staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean. The outside was trashy! The water pressure was lame. The linens were stained and dingy. The first room they gave me had a broken tv and the microwave was in parts on top of the stove.

Overnight desk staff locks front door after hours. Denied access to elevators until 6am each day. Reported incident to property manager, David. He assured me that was a one time incident. The very next night, the door was locked again, this time without a note. Forced to climb 3 flights of stairs to reach room.

Keep Looking, Don’t stay here.

This hotel was nothing like we expected. The first room reeked of cigarettes, and everything was filthy. The curtains were stained and the doors that closed off the bedroom were dirty. It doesn’t seem like the room was ever cleaned. They switch our room right away, to the last available two bedroom “suite”. The second room was better, but still well below what we were expecting. The TV’s are very outdated, there was only a sheet on the bed, no comforter, and the beds are small, more like a full not a queen. There was no soap in the bathrooms. The shower had built in bottles for shampoo, conditioner, and body wash but the body wash was empty. The towels didn’t smell clean. We had to go down and request an extra bedding for the pullout couch and it was pretty much like a mattress pad, not a comforter. The couch cushions were disgusting and torn. The closets had only one mirrored door where most would have two and one of them were broken. It smelled like bug spray. It’s good if you’re just looking for a place to sleep but I would never go back or suggest this hotel. We felt very dirty and uncomfortable.
