- 2 large great living and dining areas
- 4 car garage + 2 driveways to have your own private parking

This would be 2 beautiful kitchens, 6 private bedrooms that each have their own private attached bathroom, and two large great living and dining areas. There are 2 master bedrooms each with their own queen sized bed and smart TV. There are 2 bedrooms on the first floor each with a queen sized bed and smart tv. And the 2 second floor bedrooms each have two queen sized beds. So there are a total of 6 bedrooms and 8 queen sized memory foam beds, two couches, and two queen sized air mattresses to sleep in.

These are both brand new gorgeous townhomes with high-end finish outs that are close to everything in Dallas. Lots to like, needs improvement

The good - the townhomes are perfect for large groups. Lots of space. Beds comfortable. Well appointed. Quiet at night. Convenient to great places to eat and pretty much anywhere you want to get to in Dallas.The bad & ugly - the bathrooms need a serious deep cleaning. Clearly neglected. The amount of buildup of mold, mildew, grime, and hair does not happen overnight. Either the cleaning crew is missing the mark or the owner is. To charge 275 for cleaning and have the bathrooms in the state they are in is just wrong. Pictures and documentation was submitted to owner, and no offer of even partial compensation/reimbursement was offered. All we were offered was “thank you for letting us know”, and “sorry it didn’t meet your standards of cleanliness.” The bathrooms are gross, plain and simple. To be clear, we did not represent this until after our stay, as we were only there for 36 hours and it made no sense for such a short stay. If the owners would actually clean the bathrooms, as well as fix all the cracking drywall in the ceilings throughout both homes, this would be closer to 5 stars.Also, as a point of information, be aware that these two townhomes DO NOT connect with each other in the interior, only via walking outside through the connecting back yard or through the garage or through the exterior entrance. This is a bit awkward for groups renting both sides.

A perfect spot for a gathering of friends

We are six college friends in our early 60s getting together to just spend time and hang out. The living room situation was perfect for playing games and just chatting. The location is in both walking and driving distance for both food and cocktails. Dallas does not suffer a shortage of either, that is for sure. We occupied both sides of the duplex; getting back-and-forth between the two is super easy. Check-in was no problem.

I celebrated my birthday weekend with friends and family, and we had a blast. It's very spacious and cozy. Everyone bragged about how comfortable the beds were. We did have an issue with the kitchen sink, but it was taken care of very promptly. I would most definitely come back. Everything we planned was in close proximity

The location and property are great, and what really made it special was the pre-arrival communication with the owner. He answered all our questions and was even willing to stock the house for us prior to arrival (for a small fee of course). Great overall experience.

Fantastic Property!

These are great properties (we booked both)! The properties are located in a vibrant area – not so close as to be a nuisance and just close enough to really enjoy. The option to travel between the two properties via the backyard fence was perfect for or family gathering. When you enter the properties there is an absolutely fabulous welcoming essence of scent. The layout of each provides maximum privacy for each bedroom, closets are generous, bathrooms are well appointed, living spaces are stylish yet comfortable, and the kitchens surprisingly well-stocked. The host is uber responsive. Our family and the extended family who visited us at the properties all agreed 10/10!

Very clean, secure and lots of room

This listing was exactly like the pictures. The area is in the process of being updated with modern homes so there is a lot of construction but has good privacy. One thing to note is that the stairs are steep and don’t have a railing on the top half. Worked great for us because we only had one elderly couple but something to consider if more than a couple folks in your party are elderly or have balance challenges. Host was great and super responsive! I would totally stay here again.

Just what we needed

Booked both townhouses and were able to pass easily from one to the other through the attached yards. Didn’t really do any cooking so can’t vouch for the kitchen. The toaster oven & microwave were great. Beds were comfortable. Blankets in every closet. All four of our cars, including a Suburban, fit in the two garages. Nice! The owner was easy to reach and accommodating.
