Terrible accommodation. Shower was dirty with hair all over the wall, bed linen not clean and front desk staff was very unfriendly. I would never refer anyone to this hotel.

The place smelled really bad upon entering and was very dark, inside and outside. Made me leery upon entering.Person behind the desk couldnt take the phone away from his ear long enough to actually greet me, check me in and answer my questions. My room was filthy. There was boogers and other nastiness on the bathroom door. The door looked someone tried to break in. The bathtub was nasty. I didnt even shower. The couch was filthy, had crumbs all over and a wet spot. Lucky for me the bed looked clean, i was worried. Have never been to a Wingate that was nasty like this. I didnt know the area and was exhausted or i would have complained and left.

A large and very loud commercial refrigeration truck was right outside our windows running all night. We couldn’t sleep. The front desk was dismissive and said they couldn’t do anything about it. It was our last of four nights and they made us move rooms instead of making the truck move to a different location. We were very disappointed in their response and treatment of us.

So checked in room it had an odor in the halls along with the room was dirty their was napkins as if someone had been there right before us eating and mind you we checked in super late we drove from Houston for the fair also the towels were dirty and the shower head had mold on it we told the front desk no one came up never stay here again

Very good hotel for the price- I wouldn’t go here for leisure but it’s a solid average price clean place to lay your head if youre in town for business- my only gripe is the breakfast for three days was exactly the same- and it was a step above continental- they do have a sign saying you have to eat the breakfast in house which wouldn’t be ideal for working people who just want breakfast to go

Filthy room. Blood stained sheet. Comforter and chair. Dried sticky soda on desk tv stand. Stains on carpet. Dresser drawers disgusting. Notified front desk and was given an email to notify manager. No one offered to come clean. They only replaced sheets. Trash bags are still in hallways from when we checked in!
