stayed september 2026if you want to be close to the beach, that's about all you'll getoverpriced!!!!- no ac- windows very old, cranks broken, hard to open / close- LOOUUDDD - train behind house (50 yards from bedroom window) runs from 5am to 11pmish every 15 minutes or so- cars and trucks speeding fast down a very narrow street (beach rd) all day and night, feet form bedroom window, loud due to windows open- you can hear all the traffic from the pacific coast highway 24/7- construction of near by homes started at 3am - again - windows open and ended around midnight- helicopters flying overhead constantly- long black hairs ALL OVER THE UNIT- no stair to beach, washed away and boarded up- no bbq grill as listed in description- balcony flooring was some type of asphalt, our bare feet were pitch black the entire time- balcony railing is made of wood and dry rotting- balcony double doors very hard to close and blind not working on one door- balcony furniture was decent/older but thrown around and not very user friendly per the space, we can only seat 3 adults comfortably- windows cloudy due to salt air and neglect- unit is for sale- im assuming owner is done with property and looking for a buyer to tear it down and build newbeach road was disappointing in general, for the price i would look a little north or south. very easy to travel to get from point a to b. got from unit to mission viejo in 10-15 minutes
