We were only at the hotel for one night. It was clean, quiet (except for a little road noise) and the person that checked us in was excellent. He was friendly, quiick, and gave us great suggestion for dinner.

The room was clean and we had no issues. The service wasn't great. There was no attempt to talk about anything other than the bare minimum needed. The wifi was slow, the water was like-warm at best even after bringing it up to the front desk. They went to reset the water heater when I told them it was cold and it got just slightly warmer. Breakfast was cold and hard bagels with warm cream cheese and fruit. I would stay again if absolutely needed during another storm but I wouldn't call it anything more than a middling experience. They were there when I needed them and that's it.

Awoke over night and found the ceiling was leaking water above the microwave and coffee machine. I had to remove items and place icebucket to capture water

I love this hotel because of its location when I need a break from home It's within 20 minutes of where I live It's right beside a stop & shop which makes it easy to grab snacks if I want to, So I keep giving This hotel chances. What bugged me on this visit, I requested a pet room and when I arrived I looked at the paper I was given to sign and the cost was lower than I knew it should be, apparently it was never put on my reservation that I needed a pet room gladly it was easily taken care of. You only other thing that I will say is that they need to do something about the windows the windows are always very dirty and completely fogged over which defeats the purpose of having a nice view. This hotel is good, with a few changes it could be fantastic.

Not the relaxing stay that I was hoping for

I booked this two-night stay at this hotel because I needed to relax.....The desk agent was nice, My first problem was that I was given the wrong room I paid for a room with a jacuzzi and I was given a room without one, went back down to the front desk and I was then given a key to the correct room now I had to drag my stuff from the first room to the correct room which was a hassle. The second problem was that there wasn't any hot water which meant I couldn't use the jacuzzi, or take a shower, so my first night was already ruined. I waited until the next day figuring something would be done but nothing was fixed so I called down to the front desk only to realize that they knew that there was no hot water and that they were now going to try and get it fixed, It was fixed I was able to use jacuzzi and I checked out the next day. Not the relaxing stay that I was hoping for.
