I paid for this hotel online and the money got withdrawn from my bank. When I got to the property they said I didn't pay and had to pay again.

호텔도 깨끗하고 좋아요
로비분들이 조금만 더 친절하면 더 좋을듯해요

My wife, mother and I arrived at 2pm. The clerks claimed to have cancelled my reservation at 12:30pm that day. My reservation still showed up on Expedia's app. They told my wife that they were not accepting foreigners into their hotel. They did not offer to help us find another room (it's the beginning of the high season, making it difficult for us to find another hotel). Do not book here if you're not Chinese.

北朝鮮を臨む
Publié le 9 déc. 2018 sur Hotelsロケーションが全てのホテルかと思います。部屋から有名な橋が目の前に見れて、対岸には北朝鮮も見える。リバーサイドの部屋を選ばないなら、他のホテルでもよいと思います。
朝食バイキングも、まずまずでした。
せっかくの景色なのだから、もっと窓掃除すれば？とは思います。

写真と違い過ぎるでしょ。さらに、ホテルの施設説明が違い過ぎる。
ゴルフ場があるとはどのような説明ですか。意味が分からなかった。

투숙객에대한 서비스 불량

프론트 복무원에 중국인에 전화 연결등 서비스 요청에 무조건 안된다는등의 반응으로
투숙객으로서는 황당함을 느꼈습니다.
