Property review

This was a very nice and cozy place to stay. The only issue is that the hot tub didn’t work for a couple days and the sink in the bathroom does not drain well so it’s constantly filling up. Maintenance fixed the hot tub issue and we just dealt with the slow draining sink as it was never fixed. Aside from those things, we really enjoyed our stay.

Great Stay on Douglas Lake

We loved staying at The Smoky Mountain Lakeside Resort and Marina! It's in a great spot on Douglas Lake and the rooms are very updated and spacious. Check-in process was very easy and the resort is very close to lots of dining options.Very quick and helpful communication with staff.Loved saoking in the private hot tub with amazing mountain views. We went in February so didn't get to take advantage of any lake activities, but we will definitely be back!
