The place is great. The service, mistakes, and double charges were not. I’m still waiting for you Caesars to fix your mistake. To charge my card that you can do before I even noticed. But to refund the wrong charges your staff charged by mistake , that you take your sweet time. I booked the room through Expedia and paid for a king suite, however when I arrived I was told that they didn’t have any king suites and was given a double bed room. I agreed to the property putting a hold on my debit card for a certain amount for incidentals, however they did that AND put an additional hold on my debit card, which I did not authorize and which was 4 times more than they said the hold was going to be.
