Bathroom: Bath With Shower Over, Toilet. Gas central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Terrace with garden furniture. Balcony. Annual ticket for town car park included (during Regatta week/s the car park is closed but the parking permit is valid for the Park & Ride on the outskirts of town). No smoking. Please note: No children under 12 years old. The property has a low balcony and a drop from the low terrace wall.. Tucked away in the heart of the town centre, this delightful characterful cottage is situated only minutes from the quay in the historic town of Dartmouth with its shops, award-winning restaurants and art galleries. We had the best holiday, right in the town but still lovely and peaceful, pub at the bottom on the steps. The harbour is a 2 min walk along with plenty of shops, restaurants and more pubs.Excellent place would book again, accommodation clean, comfortable and the kitchen have every single utensil you could possibly need

Lovely cosy cottage, well equipped and well located in the centre of town. Lots of steps involved so no good for people who struggle with steps. The cottage was clean and comfortable. This was our second visit.
