Sleeping up to 8 guests this well equipped property is perfect for family gatherings as well as friends looking for a break to Dartmouth.

Beds:  1x King (5'), 3x Double (4'6"), 1x Single (3') 
Rooms: 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 downstairs WC, kitchen/dining room, living room
Utilities: Gas hob and electric oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, air fryer
Entertainment:  TV with DVD player, Bluetooth speaker, TV in Master bedroom, TV in both of the Double Bedrooms
For Families:  Travel cot, Highchair and Stair Gates provided.  Guests to bring their own linen for the travel cot.

Pets:  Maximum of 1 Pet Accepted Note - you will need to pay an additional pet fee and you must not leave dogs unattended in the property. 
Accidental Damage Deposit:  This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £350, which is payable with the final balance of your holiday, eight weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 5 working days of your departure. Alternatively, you may wish to pay a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver equivalent to 10% of the Accidental Damage Deposit value, which covers you for the full value of the Accidental Damage Deposit, should any damage occur during your stay.
