4 Bedroom elevated fully aircondioned tropical home with lap pool that comfortably sleeps 9, large breezy rear verandah and substantial under house entertainment area. Set in lush tropical surroundings it is the perfect getaway for business or pleasure. Ample secure parking for vehicles including four wheel drives, caravans, trailers or boats. Access is by a secure extra-wide electric sliding gate flanked by a 1.8 metre steel front fence. Ideally located close to the airport, large shopping precinct and beaches, which are 10-minute drive away. Rapid Creek Markets (Saturday and Sunday morning) is a 5 minute drive . Nightcliff Markets (Sunday morning) is a 10 minute drive. Parap markets (Saturday morning) is a 15-minute drive. Mindil Beach Sunset Markets (seasonal schedule).
