The landline automatic machine repeats the same options
and the mobile line does not answer and does not reply to calls. extremely hard to chek in late.

Only 2 little things, the kettle did not fit under the tap to fill it.
The fridge was set way too low and my groceries froze. Both of these were minor issues.
The spa bath however, is also a shower and was quite slippery (and uneven but that's the type of formed spa bath)
