Very good service! In the middle, of everything close to the city and suburbs. But does need to block out curtains.

It is really hard to contact the hotel arrive late and reception is closed the two contact numbers are inefficient. The landline automatic machine repeats the same options and the mobile line does not answer and does not reply to calls. extremely hard to chek in late.

A good place to stay overnight clean and tidy. Helpful staff on support to late check-in.

Only 2 little things, the kettle did not fit under the tap to fill it. The fridge was set way too low and my groceries froze. Both of these were minor issues. The spa bath however, is also a shower and was quite slippery (and uneven but that's the type of formed spa bath)
