Pool was out of order few days after cyclone. Would have booked elsewhere had we known. Queen bed was 2 uncomfortable single beds pushed together. Ocean view was fantastic. Continental breakfast was average.

I stayed in a one-bedroom apartment. The bed was like a rock and needed to have an extra padding put on to make it remotely sleepable. I had more and better sleep on the couch. The shower was impossible to get in to as the door would not open far enough for me to be able to just step in, but I had to squeeze between the shower door the bathroom sink. the door and sink were cold, this made the experience even more unpleasant, and it was the most ridiculous set up and one I have never seen in a bathroom in the world. If they made the door swing in rather than swing out it would have made an enormous difference. the staff need to stay in these rooms to understand the need for change. the staff overall were very helpful.

The room was nice but i could not use the balcony because the air con unit was blasting out hot air onto the balcony. The pool needs a scrub around the waterline and there were lots of floor times missing in the pool.

Good sized clean and tidy room. Was great having washing machine and dryer. Good sized fridge and we had clean linen every day

The floor in the unit was dirty we had black feet in the first afternoon. The romote wasnt working properly. we had no condiments like salt or pepper,tomato sauce, butter sachets, biscuits would have been nice. we didnt have enough tea bags. we have tea for breakfast and tea. or even in afternoon when we get back from walking around town. The pool was dirty with tiles missing, I could have scratched my foot. or my elderly mother could have. on the bottom of the pool. It was expensive to not even have these things mentioned above.

Nice comfortable unit clean and practical for our 2 nights . Dryer wasn’t working and hung clothes on chairs on the balcony which flew off during the night . Second night was unsettling.. loud people on top of us and then evacuation alarm next door had us up from 3 am . Not Oaks fault but wasn’t the best stay I’ve had. Otherwise nice 😊

Loved the roomy room and mine was only a two night stay - there was no housekeeping but I kind of liked that I could just leave things as I wanted till next day and didn't really need housekeeping anyway. Great view and pool was nice and refreshing
