Not for couples and not clean
Publié le 3 févr. 2024 sur HotelsThis is not the place for a relaxing vacation. We knew it was family friendly but this hotel purely caters to families with small kids. If you enjoy being woken up in the middle of the night by screaming toddlers and screaming adults, someone pounding on the floor or against the walls this is the place for you. Unfortunately the place is also filthy and smells gross. Mold in the windows and the bathroom, hair in the shower and on the floor, toothpaste spills from previous guests on the bathroom doors. The furniture in the room is fine but the bathrooms look like something you have in a hospital and not a hotel. The staircase and elevators are disgusting, no one has cleaned there in a long time and the smell is apprehensive. We were lucky to have a car and go somewhere during the day, otherwise you are stuck in your room or the onsen because there is nothing else to do for adults without kids. The food was decent and staff is friendly but that doesn't make up for the shortcomings.

Lots of space & activities for the kids too.
It can get a tad noisy at dinner in the buffet hall.

施設はとても綺麗で、レディーストリプルルームは洗面台もメイク用のスペースも3つずつありかなり良かった。料理も美味しかった。ほぼ子連れの方しかいないので、女3人は場違い感はあったが部屋での滞在が充実していて良かった。

房間空調不佳
Publié le 27 juill. 2023 sur Hotels我們一家2019年時第一次入住本飯店，對飯店的各項設施感到非常滿意，所以這次的旅遊特別選擇再度造訪，因為其他房型已滿，我們訂的是三樓的無障礙房間。
房內設施都沒問題，但空調明顯不冷，開門到走道就可明顯感受差異，第一晚之後我們向櫃檯反應，因為第二晚也無房間可更換，所以只得到一台電風扇，讓我們睡的非常辛苦。
另外雖然不是五星級飯店，但櫃檯人員大多只能說日語，溝通上也非常辛苦，要入住的遊客也請特別注意。
除了上述兩點，飯店的餐廳、溫泉等設施還是有一定水準，但因為偏親子飯店，會有許多小孩，我們兩次入住也都遇到了校外教學的學生入住，希望能體驗靜謐的溫泉之旅的話，隔壁的綠風（我們也去住過）會是更好的選擇。

ロビーもお部屋もお風呂も施設全体がゆったりとしていて清潔感もありバイキングの食事も豊富でとても満足できる滞在でした。ぜひまた利用したいです。
