Our Condo Has Every Thing You Need To Enjoy Your Stay At Dauphin Island. We Look Forward To You And Your Family Loving Our Island As Much As We Do. We Own Another Unit Next Door And Are Usually There Every Weekend. If Not - Our Home Is Only 10 Minutes Away Should You Have Any Issues.

OUR RENTAL IS A SATURDAY TO SATURDAY RENTAL ONLY DURING THE SUMMER. WE CAN ONLY ACCOMMODATE 6 PEOPLE INCLUDING CHILDREN.
Unit Features:
2 Br With Queen Beds
1 Twin Ned that pulls With a trundle In Separate Area.
Kitchen Is Fully Stocked With All Pots, Pans And Utensils. We supply your initial round of paper products for your stay. You will need to supply your trash bags and paper products for your thereafter.
Linens On Beds And Towels - However You Will Need To Bring Your Own Beach Towels.
I Have Brand New Front Load Washer And Dryers. (please Make Sure You Shake Sand Before You Throw Them In).
Views Of Water From Courtyard And Pool Deck. Limited Views From Condo.
Dauphin Island Has A Ferry That Runs Every Hour And A Half. You Can Go Over To Ft. Morgan, Eat Lunch At Tacky Jacks And Then Head To The Tanger Outlet Mall Or To See The Other Beaches At Gulf Shores Or Orange Beach. Just Don't Be Late For The Ferry Coming Back, Its A Long Drive:(
Do Not Expect Your Cell Phones To Work That Well Once You Are At Dauphin Surf Club. If You Use It Before You Come Through Our Gate You Are Fine - After That You Will Have Peace And Quiet. We Do Have Wi-fi. If There Has Been A Storm The Week Before, You Can Expect Issues With It. I Cannot Fix The Wi-fi It Is Something That Once They Are Notified A Tech Has To Come Fix It. I Tell You This Because Other Renters Have Complained To Other Owners And I Want To Let You Know Upfront.
Your Family Will Love Our Little Island. It Is Safe, It Is Secluded And It Is Very Dear To Our Hearts.

This place was really nice for the price. There was plenty of room and sleeping areas. There is a sidewalk that takes you directly to the pool and the beach which was our favorite part. We didnt even need shoes to walk to the beach and back! The pool was lovely and the beach was beautiful. This condo is close to everything you need on the island. The ferry and fort are near and the little shops and seafood market is right down the road. The TVs had working cable, the bathrooms and showers work fine and the beds are comfy. Thanks for an awesome get away!

Kitchen equipped adequately. Bathrooms have some needed repairs (small holes in Sheetrock) and some shoddy repair work in one. Also some apparent water damage in a AC vent pipe had some bad repair work. Disappointed we didn’t have a view of the beach. Furnishings are good. It’s nicely decorated and a good floor plan.

This was the perfect place for a low key family vacation with 4 kids. The set up was great for us. The kids loved the pool and it was so accessible to the unit. It is also so close to all of the islands amenities.

Great Condo for the price

The property is as described. Older condo with plenty of supplies for my family. Very clean. Would recommend for anyone on a budget. This is our second trip to the island and we enjoy the quiet atmosphere to the busyness of Gulf shores.

Nice Condo with a great private beach

The condo was perfect for our family of 5. The hosts provided all the conveniences and the location was perfect. The beach front has been extended over the past year and is gorgeous! We rented bikes and had them delivered to our doorstep, shopped at Skinners for seafood, road The Duke and walked for miles down the beach. It was a perfect week

Perfect location

The condo was very clean and well stocked. The beds were comfortable. The beach is steps away, beautiful and very few people on it. We have been going to this condo group for 10 years. Always quiet and comfortable. I would definitely recommend.

Beautiful location close to the beach

Condo was comfy and spacious for the 6 of us. Could use a broom to sweep up the sand when we come back from the beach. We could’ve used more dishwasher tabs. We only got 3 for a 7 day stay so we washed dishes most days. Most light bulbs were burnt out and no outside lighting for grilling in the evening

Wonderful week of relaxing

We had a great week! It was nice to have space for my family to spread out in the condo and for all of us to have our own space. Some things that could use attention/upgrade: the couch and the availability of kitchen supplies. We made breakfast every morning and the sheet pans were a little rusty and dirty from being in the bottom drawer of the stove, but I realize if they haven't been used in some time that happens. It was no big deal to wash before using. Some better spatulas would help as we we made pancakes and scrambled eggs more than once. The couch has a spring sticking out and is sagging quite a bit. Overall though we were extremely pleased with our stay and will definitely visit again! The island was quiet and very family friendly. We had wonderful service at every restaurant.
