The Bedrooms (4):
The primary Master has a luxurious queen size bed made with high quality linens and a master bath that has a walk-in shower and a double vanity. A large closet is located in the bathroom. A Smart TV awaits.

The secondary Master functions as a family suite with a king bed, connected to a guest bedroom with 2 sets of bunk beds, via a Jack and Jill bathroom. The secondary Master bedroom opens up to your own private balcony, through two sets of French doors. Enjoy the views of the Gulf sitting in the lounge chairs, sipping coffee or wine, while relaxing or reading a book. The luxurious king size bed with built-in drawers offers plenty of storage capacity and is the perfect setting for a restful and tranquil stay. The Jack and Jill bathroom has plenty of storage with a tub/shower combo privately isolated behind a pocket door. Each set of bunks offers a full size mattress on the bottom and twin on top. This space is the perfect hang out for kids and teenagers.

The built-in bunk bedroom will surely delight the kids as they spend countless hours in this fun, imaginative space. Each bunk has its own light, charging ports, book shelves, drawers, and even a smart TV!

The Open Concept Living Room and Kitchen:

The living area hosts a large high end super comfortable sectional, overlooking a custom live edge coffee table, an electric infiniti fireplace with a smart TV above the beautiful live edge mantel.

The upgraded kitchen offers a large quartz countertop with waterfall, comfortable bar stools, countless cabinets, and high-end appliances, including a 29cuft SAMSUNG BESPOKE refrigerator with beverage center. Enjoy this well stocked kitchen on the island! It has everything and even comes with a coffee nook and wine rack for all your needs!

The Bathrooms (2.5):
The Master suite on the first floor has an ensuite bathroom and the Master suite on the second floor is jointly connected to the guest bedroom through the stunning Jack and Jill bathroom. There is a third half bathroom in the hallway on the first floor, conveniently centrally located off of the living room and kitchen areas.

The bathrooms are complete with high-end, beautiful tile, pebble flooring in the walk-in shower, and natural shiplap walls. The same quartz countertops appoint the bathroom vanities.

The Laundry Room:
The laundry room has a full sized stacked washer and dryer in a separate room off the kitchen.

Amenities:
Each bathroom will be stocked with hand soap, a hair dryer and bath towels. Two packs of laundry detergent will be provided as well as a sponge, dishwasher tablets and kitchen soap. Bed linens are provided for each reservation. New high-speed Wi-Fi internet is provided. A grill is provided for your use.

Each booking will also include Alabama Coastal Homes, LLC koozies as our gift to you.

Parking for up to 4 cars.

No parties or events allowed at this location. Occupancy of maximum 12 must be observed at all times. Primary renter must be over age 25 and must be present during the entire stay.

Great Stay

The place was ready for us at check in and was very clean. The place was as described in the listing. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels for use. I had to contact the property manager at check in and she responded immediately and was very helpful. There is a Keurig coffee machine for those wondering. Only appliance missing was a toaster. The views from this place are not the best. There are no windows on the back of the place. You can see the beach from the front but not the best view. I would stay here again with my family.

Dauphin Island Stay

We first booked this house through VRBO, it was later switch to Vacasa with out us knowing until about a week before arriving when I reached out to the owner. She told me that it was taken over by Vacasa and they will reach out to us with check in information. We received an email with check in instruction through VRBO but not Vacasa. The instruction sent to us was not the correct information. We had to have the property manager come let us in once we arrived because the codes did not work. WiFi passwords were incorrect. And the description of the home was incorrect when we booked it. Once we were able to access the home, and settled in we enjoyed the stay.
