Toujours en travaux ..très mal insonorisé. .pas de sèche cheveux. .(payant )les portes claquent ..pas d arrêts ..personnel souriant mais pas très compétant...tres moyen ...

If this was Standard room, I shudder to think what a sub-Standard room is like. Here are the issues I had with this place: Shower height in the room is shoulder height. You have to bend down to wash your hair and I'm only 5'9" tall. Water flask is in the room, but no water. You have to go outside the room to the water cooler near the elevator, fill up and go back in. Pity help you if you forget your key in the power receptacle. There was no shampoo or soap in the room and I had to call down for them to be delivered. That took about 10 minutes, and arrived when I was calling again to follow up my request. There was no notepaper in the room, no pen, no TV guide, and no restaurant/room service menu. The TV remote did not work, and the guy who came to the room didn't seem to understand what was failing to work properly. Eventually he supplied a separate remote for the tuner box with fresh batteries. There is 1 key for the door which is also used to enable the complete electrical power to the room. As a result, there is no power at all to charge phone & computer or run the aircon when you leave. I returned 3 hours later to an dead phone and a 33° room. Aircon made a whining or singing noise all night after running for about half an hour. I turned it of to let it cool down (or whatever the issue was), restarted and the noise came back on again after a while. Result was very poor sleep, broken, and no deep sleep. No cupboard to hang clothes up.
