Unique, secluded, post and beam home located in the Great Western Catskills. This property includes over 200 acres of forests, a mountain trout stream, and wildlife trails overlooking the Catskill mountains. Located exactly 17.3 miles from Cooperstown Dreams Park, 12.5 miles from All Star Baseball Village in Oneonta, 14 miles from SUNY Oneonta, 29.5 miles from Plattekill Ski Mountain. This home overlooks a spring-fed freshwater pond and is home to retired race horses.

This home is surrounded by mountainous forests and offers a rare opportunity for sanctuary and privacy. The home boasts enormous windows letting the light and mountain views into the home. It sleeps ten comfortably and offers an additional guest cabana with two additional twin beds and a wood stove, for groups and larger parties. The house features a master bedroom with a king bed and a private bath and outdoor balcony. Three additional bedrooms with a total of 6 twin beds. A second full bathroom with a stand-alone shower and separate jacuzzi bath and lastly a half bathroom downstairs. High-speed WIFI and direct TV are available.
