Beautiful Villa with South Facing Pool and Spa, and Lake View

This luxurious and beautifully furnished five bedroomed Villa is in the popular and prestigious lakeland community of Watersong . Its excellent location close to the I4 interstate provides easy access to all the major parks and attractions, Disney, Sea World, and International Drive are only 20 minutes away, with Universal Studios 30 minutes away. We have easy access to Orlando International Airport which is also only 30 minutes away!There are lots of world class golf courses nearby with the championship course of Providence only 2 minutes drive, and the courses at Champions Gate only 10 minutes drive away. With lots of great restaurants and shops close by, having a lovely meal out or by the pool is easy. The open layout allows you to enjoy the full beauty of this villa with its five bedrooms and 5 bathrooms and south-facing aspect overlooking a lake and trees. Enjoy a BBQ on the extended deck with the outside kitchen or relax in the spa and pool after a day of fun visiting the attractions(heated at an extra cost).The Watersong Resort is a gated community surrounded by woodlands and lakes and conservation areas. There are numerous on-site facilities available free to guests including a grand clubhouse, a fitness centre, table tennis, pool tables, air hockey, shuffle board, and a large outdoor heated pool, children's playground and a beach volleyball court. Our Pool can be heated if you wish at an extra cost, and a refundable security deposit will be required.
**Please note that due to extra cleaning to stay Covid safe, if you wish to check in on the same day as another guest leaves, the check in time will be 6PM to give the cleaners the extra time to clean**

We have stayed on this community before and liked the area. Some of our party used the free gym facilities at the watersong clubhouse, which is a bonus. The house itself was perfect. We had 5 adults, a 16 year old and 2 more chikdren under 5.The pool area was fine for us with plenty of sun beds and chairs, some with shade if you need that. We didn't use the BBQ, but it is a nice layout if you do.Inside, there is plenty of storage space and the kitchen had everything we needed.The TVs use Roku, so remember you will need to have your own account details for any streaming services (disney, netflix, etc.) If you want to use them beyond the basic Roku service.The place was perfect for us.

I would definitely recommend this home to everyone. The house was very homey, lots of room/space. Everyone had a great time from the cozy home to the pool/patio area (love the gate around pool). The whole family enjoyed the game room. Love the gated community and not having to worry about anything. The owners were great and always got right back to me when I reached out. we plan to come back again. The home was supplied with pretty much anything you can think of, even an abundance of pool towels.

Family Home

We had a great time. Enjoyed the spa and the patio. The is very clean and equipped with everything you need. The beds was not comfortable. We had plenty of towels and extra linen. I would rent this home again. I'm all about safety and i felt safe at this home. I noticed a couple minor things but my overall experience was great. The pool is so clean and everything is on a timer. My family enjoyed the home and the pool table was a hit.

Amazing Home

We absolutely loved our stay in this home! Well equipt kitchen with lots of helpful appliances you don't see in most homes. Loved being able to put a meal in the crock pot and go on an adventure, returning to a fully cooked dinner! The air fryer was also so appreciated! We didn't use the grill, but it was large enough for our family if we would have wanted to. Lots of space for kids to relax and play. Loved spending time on the patio with the kids splashing in the pool. Home was clean, organized, and beautiful. Owners were very kind and responsive. No issues at all! Loved this home!

Excellent property

We stayed for 2 weeks with 3 kids. The pool area was excellent. Spacious, great BBQ area and outside toilet. We used the club house a couple of times. The pool area was lovely and the games rooms great. Really quiet location and first time we were in a gated community which made us feel very safe and gate staff were lovely. Great communication from Kevin with all queries. Thanks for allowing us to stay in your lovely home.

We loved the large patio, it was very peaceful place to read, play games, hang out. House was large and plenty of room for us. There is a playground by the clubhouse that we used as well Host was very nice and communicated well.

Fun long weekend getaway

We planned a long weekend trip to Disney from New Orleans for 7 family members and friends. The house was perfect for our group - lots of space for family time and privacy when needed. The house was in wonderful condition and very comfortable. Kevin was very responsive to our communication and he made sure we had all the information we needed for a relaxing stay. I would absolutely rent this beautiful home again for future stays.

Just everything you coupd wish for!

We have just returned from our Florida holiday and had an amazing week in Kevin and Tonia villa. There were 2 families in our party with teenage boys. The house was a perfect size with the 5 bedrooms and ensuites. The pool area was a great space to relax and kept the boys entertained when we were having down time from the parks and exploring the surrounding areas. This villa is tastefully decorated and has all the kitchen gadgets/ crockery/pots and pans you could wish for, plus the outside kitchen / bbq area. I would recommend this villa, its centrally located, great value for money and Kevin and Tonia are the perfect hosts, with very quick responses to any questions you have along the way. Thank you for our enjoyable stay!

Nice Property

The house was great. We had no issues. There are some things that could use a little TLC, but hey I know the drill, this is a rental property, that's the way things go. Kevin and Tonya could not have have been easier to work with, communication was great. Pool and hot tub were well maintained. The family enjoyed the stay. It is very close to the entry gate, making it a breeze to get in and out, and the people at the security gate were super friendly.

Amazing Month Long Vacation

Location is absolutely perfect and having the gated community where you have security 24/7 is fantastic. Access to the house was simple. The house itself is spacious and we all loved the flow of decor (colour) in the open concept of the kitchen and living room area. We did have a few issues arise during our stay for the month, one being we could not use the hot tub/spa nor pool for the first 5 days but the owner was very quick to respond and it does take time to get things fixed. We fully understood that things do happen when renting and need to be fixed and constantly upgraded but these issues did not stop us from enjoying the pool and spa once it was fixed. Our friends and family especially our grandchildren shared so many laughs and memories with us. We are hoping to come back again for another month during 2026.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The heated hot tub and pool were an added plus after long days walking around the parks. There were 9 of us and there was plenty of room, my youngest son was able to have his own room, which was nice because he is usually the one who has to sleep on the couch lol Thank you for making this family vacation even more special 😊

Golf Trip

As a group of retired aviation executives we have done this annual golf trip for 20 years. This property ranks as one of the best we have found. Clean, comfortable and well appointed, we will certainly consider renting it again.

Great stay!

This house was wonderful. It is a nice gated community that was very thorough when checking into the neighborhood. The house was very nice, spacious, and very clean. The kitchen was stocked with all the appliances we would need which was great. The outside was very clean and well kept. The pool was gorgeous and they also has pool towels for us to use which was also great. The only issue we had was with the temperature of the house. Unfortunately we are VERY hot sleepers, so this was kind of a struggle for us. This would not deter me from staying here again, I would just bring a portable fan for next time. The location was great for us for both disney and universal. Our host was also amazing. He was very responsive and great to work with.
