The room was very clean and comfortable. Checkin was smooth and easy. Breakfast was very good. Only negative is hotel could use some updating but is very well kept and clean. Would stay again when passing through.

First time we stayed in a Comfort Inn It was pleasantly surprised. It's a three-story with an elevator we ask for the top floor so we can get some sleep You're very tired they accommodated us with no issues. The room was surprisingly nice for the price point to Queens a fridge nice side bathroom a TV with a backlit feature and a chair. Beds were very comfortable I slept very well. Water pressure was a little low but the water temperature was hot. They do offer a Continental breakfast which I was very surprised how big the room was that we ate in you probably handle about 60 people It had your usual scrambled egg sausage waffle maker fruit yogurt cereal,ect. A larger TV to watch or get your breakfast and a big fireplace in case it was very cold. I would stay in this again if I was in that area

There was hair in the tub, the carpet was dirty and overall, just didn't feel clean. The window valance was falling off the wall, the TV was dangling crooked off the wall and there was just an overall sense that it was not well cared for.

Very convenient

Staff were very friendly and attentive. Room was clean. I liked that there was a chair for sitting/reading in addition to the desk chair. Bed was very firm--too firm for my taste. The hotel was very easy to find. It is very conveniently located off I-80, but it wasn't noisy.
