Expect to be impressed! 15 beds and 17 baths. Theater room with popcorn machine. Professionally themed rooms for Star Wars, The Lion King, Disney Princess, Avatar, Minions, and Toy Story!!! A complete game room themed in Avengers, featuring PS5 stations, basketball, air hockey, and a bar for adults to enjoy while watching. Outside is an oasis with a complete outdoor kitchen and bar. You will want this to be your vacation destination for years to come!

Pool Heat cost: $45/day. Requests must be made up to 48 hours before check-in; otherwise, we may not be able to accommodate your request. The pool heating must last for a minimum of 3 days.

BBQ Grill rental is $50. If the propane gas runs out, you are responsible for the cost to exchange the tank at a local gas station or Walgreens. The cost to trade is typically @$30.
We also offer a full-service option for $120, where someone ensures the gas tank is full, and we will replace it if it goes empty. It must be requested at least 48 hours before check-in.

Pet fee: The house is pet-friendly, but your pet must be house-trained. The cost is $20 per pet per night, with a cap of $300 for the total stay.

This house is definitely GORGEOUS!! It was clean and huuuge! Perfect for a huge family! My issue with this company, is at this big house, you only give 1 roll of toilet paper? 2 garbage bags? For a house so big and expensive I would expect a little more love. They are money hungry. Mind you, no one is booking these expensive places on a regular basis, so I knew at check in that no one had booked the previous day. I request for an early check in. After spending so much money already, they still want you to pay extra. Why not be courteous and accommodate? It’s about customer service, but with them it’s greed. THE BIGGEST ISSUE! At 10:56am we basically was being kicked out. Mind you we’re already leaving literally packaging all our stuff loading up, I get a text saying we need to leave because the cleaners are at the door. I mean technically we still had 4 minutes. And there was no cleaners at the door. They lied. Basically rushed us out! I don’t like that! Just bring your own toilet paper and trash bags and be out way before check out time. You’ll be fine. But I’ll never book here again.
