Good afternoon,
Let me begin by saying we stay at this hotel often and it has always been good.
The pool there is wonderful. The pool room is warm and so is the water which makes it great to swim with kids in the winter.
We checked in late so did not use the kitchen the first night.
But when we went to use the TV we had no remote. Looked all over and then had to go to the front desk to let them know and get another that worked about half the time.
When we woke in the morning the first thing we noticed were ants all over the bedside table. Maybe it was not wiped after something was spilled don’t know. I walked down and reported to the front desk and was told they would let maintenance know. We never saw anyone after that concerning this.
Also when we went to use the silverware there were only a couple of forks and spoon. I just figured the people prior had maybe taken it. I walked down to the breakfast bar and used silverware from there. When we got ready to leave I opened the dishwasher to load and it was full of dirty dishes. It had not been ran or emptied.
I did try and stop at the desk on my way out but there was none there.
The staff was nice but not present a lot.
This was just an unfortunate stay and hopefully it will not happen again.
