📌 Important HOA Fee Notice:
Starting May 1st, 2024, a daily fee of $10 per adult (children under 16 free) will be charged by the HOA for pool and gym access. Guests can opt for a weekly fee of $40 instead of the daily fee, payable in cash or check at the front desk upon check-in. Each rental includes one complimentary pool and gym usage. Access to the tennis courts and children's playground remains free.
