Enjoy the stunning south-facing private pool and spa area featuring sun loungers, patio chairs, and alfresco dining. Pool heat is available upon request for an additional charge ($35 per day plus tax, minimum 5 days). Spa heating included when pool heat is purchased.

Note: Pool heat must be requested at least 48 hours prior to arrival. Late requests may incur an additional technician charge.

Upon booking, guests must provide:

Identification (Driver’s License or similar ID)

ID selfie for verification

Names and ages of all adult guests

Signed rental agreement within 24 hours of booking

Primary renters must be at least 25 years old

No parties or large gatherings allowed

Maximum occupancy is strictly enforced

If you cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, you will be eligible for a full refund. However, please note that 3.8% of any payments made will be deducted to cover card processing fees. This fee applies to each transaction, as we incur these charges from the payment provider whenever a transaction is processed or refunded. The remaining balance will be promptly returned to your account.
