I rented this for my 70 year old mother and her 2 sisters for a church revival. I know this area had hurricane problems but the property host contacted me one hour before check in (6 hour drive for my mother) and said there would be a 2 hour delay on check in (they had a week to let us know and cancel). When they got there the front window was broken which alarmed me with 3 70 something year old women alone was staying in. The refrigerator started leaking all over the kitchen floor. The tv's or ac wasn't working properly and the yard was way overgrown. When I contacted the host there was not much of a reply and nothing to compensate them for all the damage while they was there.

This property was conveniently located, It was clean and comfortable, and the price was so reasonable. Would book again if in the Kissimmee/Davenport area.
