The accomodation was average for us . Some comments - - shower water pressure was very low so Not able to have proper showers - tar folding door in bedroom not able to Close so the bedroom was chilly at night . -We had to buy toilet paper due to only 2 rolls and a half provided. - kitchen table was dirty with marks all over so we decided not to use . No tissues or napkins provided. Positives Great spot , close to everything and the cafe in The Wombat Hill Botanic gardens .

Kates place is a lovely place to stay to explore Daylesford, clean, comfortable bed with everything you need to enjoy your stay. We were there during the big storms so had to bunker down, so television reception could be improved. Would love to come back in nicer weather to enjoy a wine on the veranda

Lovely accommodation.

Kate's Place was delightful. Everything was beautifully presented and fitted out. Bed was super comfy. Loved the convenience of a full kitchen to prepare meals. The gas heater was lovely and warm particularly as the nights and mornings were becoming chilly. The front deck was wonderful for an afternoon glass of wine. Loved that the property backed onto the Wombat Gardens and cafe. Would definitely book again.

Great weekend away

We enjoyed our time at Kate’s Place in a lovely renovated property with good amenities and charming ambience. We would be happy to visit again. The bathroom could do with a few replacement light globes but can understand how tricky they are to replace with those high ceilings.

Small and compact but it had everything we needed for a two night stay. Tastefully and artfully furnished and presented to the last detail which was a treat.
