This home is conveniently located in the beautiful Belmont Woods Neighborhood. It is a quick 5 minute drive to downtown Dayton, Miami Valley Hospital, the University of Dayton, 10 minutes to Wright Patterson Area B the Air Force Museum, The Greene Towne Center and much more!
This is an absolutely premium rental home in all respects. There is a south facing, full width front porch with plenty of room for relaxation. The living room has a decorative brick fireplace, original woodwork, coat closet with vintage mirror in door & stairs to second floor. The circular floorplan gives this home a bright spacious feel -- perfect for casual living and entertaining. French doors lead to the dining room -- open to living room, family room & kitchen. The Kitchen has premium wood cabinets, extensive counter space plus a coffee area leads to a butler's pantry w/floor to ceiling cabinets. There are ceramic tile floors throughout the kitchen and dining areas. The appliances are new. The family room is wrapped by 3 full window walls, built-in shelving, half bath & access to back yard. There are three bedrooms on the second floor. Each bedroom is bright and airy with 2 or 3 windows in each room plus ample closet space. The concrete patio overlooks an oversized fenced in back yard with mature shade trees and a large fire circle. Please note: The Garage is not included in this short term rental home.

A very clean and reasonably-priced place to stay. It’s not fancy but the beds were comfortable, the showers good and it had everything we needed. Plus, it was real close to where we were gathering with other friends and close to stores, restaurants, gas stations, etc. We were not in the home much, but we were totally satisfied with staying there.

Instantly Felt Like Home!

We were in town for a graduation. Great property for gathering with old friends and family. Convenient and very comfortable. Spotless and well stocked with necessities. We enjoyed the front porch, fire pit, card table, large dining table and very comfortable family room recliners. The off street parking was a bonus! Owner was very quick to respond to any questions. We will stay here again!

Great Accomodation Find in Dayton

Very comfortable, well furnished place in nice neighborhood. We did not cook, but every kitchen need seemed to be available. Four different coffee makers! Spotlessly clean as well. Raining for our visit, but big beautiful back yard with fire pit that would be nice on a sunny day. Hoping our new find will be available when we visit family in Dayton again.
