Property was convenient to the university, plenty of good dining options down the street and easy access to attractions in the area. Host moved us to a different property because of plumbing issues. New property was a clean 2 bedroom, 1 bath that looked very similar to the original property. It could use a few more amenities in the kitchen and we made it work.
The home was very clean an spacious. The air conditioner was not working during our stay. My husband realized that the furnace switch in the closet was off. Even with turning it on the air did not work. The property manager did offer to send some over and refunded me 40 total for 2 nights. The home it's self was hard to find it is not clearly marked. I felt safe outside although the homes next to it are not super well kept up. It was in walking distance to the Dayton Dragons and restaurants.
The place was clean, cozy, and there was an excellent restaurant right across the street. Great value, as well. Also, close to the hospital, university, restaurants, and downtown. I will stay there again if I am ever back in Dayton.
