Everything was incredible at this property. So clean and the customer service was unparalleled. PROS: Loved the room! Spacious, well-stocked, and comfy beds. The pool, water playground, and lacy river were a hit and were literally a couple dozen steps from the beach. They had a lot of options for activities, particularly on the weekends, and several other amenities to entertain families of all types. CONS: We do wish there were more on-site food options. We mostly ate off-site. They also tried to get us to book a time-share presentation during check-in, which was a little annoying since it caused us to have to rush to our dinner appointment. I wish they would give you the option accept the incentive and book in advance, or decline in advance. Dragging out the check-in process after a long day of travel is just not ideal. We also had a fair amount of late-night noise from a nearby venue in room 516, but we reported it and hopefully maintenance will improve that for future guests (it's only a matter of insulating some cutout drywall in the utility closet). The rest of the hotel is very quiet and well-maintained. SUMMARY: Overall, we would recommend it. We would return if we visited this area again.

Our room was great very clean and useful items included. The resort itself was not as clean, most days when adding trash bags to common area it was overflowing and smelled awful. The wait for elevators was so long and very frustrating.

Mixed Feelings

The place is beautiful and very nice staff. Right next to the boardwalk and plenty of things to do. But for my family it was just too crowded. There were never chairs at the pool unless you got up at 7:30 AM to claim them and stayed all day. Elevators were always packed. But, other than that it is a great place for people who don't mind a crowd and it is very nice. We did have a good time.

2br 2bath deluxe

The visit was nice. We had an issue checking in. We were told at checkin that our unit was an ADA unit. I understand we were not guaranteed a certain unit, but nowhere on the website did it state there was a possibility of an ADA unit. I asked if we could get another unit and I was told that an ADA unit was reserved by the host (which is Koala). I called the host and was told that was the only type of 2br 2bath deluxe unit avaliable at the time of booking. I explained my frustration and they did not care. This is not right. Someone with a disability might have needed that unit and it wasn't available for them. I will not be booking through Koala again.

Beach/Universal getaway

We had a great time
the accommodations were awesome! Our kids had so much fun in the pool and playing pool. They checked out the putt putt and all the stores. We also went to Universal and coming back to a relaxing resort was perfect!
