It was fine. Iâm pretty sure this is someoneâs lil apartment that they rent out. The tv didnât work and the front door didnât actually close, u could just push it open. The bathroom sink was clogged. But it served the purpose I guess.
The laundry was in even worse shape than last month when I stayed there are 3 floors that have laundry I had something going on each floor because all of the other 9!machines that could be in working condition are down
When arrived, the room aren't available.Hotel stuff did not help. Contacted Expedia and on the phone for over an hour. Scammed me for another hotel and again no reservation. Disaster.
This place is a dirt hole. If I could give this plce a negatuve number I would. The last day we were there they shut the water off for 10-12 hours had to port-a-potties.
Pictures dont match the property and room. Pictures look updated and nice but when you get there its all run down. Funiture is old. Carpets is dirty and stained.
Black mold covering an entire wall and ceiling. Light switches didn't work. Carpet was sticky. Never seen anyone that worked here. Parking was confusing and not protected. We lost power for the 2 days we were there. When power was restored our building only had the hall lights on while the building beneath us where the hotel guest stay had full power.the parking garage where the condo sat on top of was so bad it was deamed unsafe to park in. The building swayed and shook during wind. The elevators were running and stoping at random floors where noone was. Faulty wiring perhaps? Our suites fire sprinkles were rusted and looked like the entire building is lacking in inspections.
This property was nice however it was different than the usual check-in. You had to contact me owner in advance and they are owned by separate people. These particular people that I booked with were horrible at communicating and solving issues. Due to the storm I kind of overlooked some things. However when I tried to reach out to them they did not respond and I had to contact them several times just to get into my room. Overall the cleanliness of the room was wonderful. The problem is we will not able to use all of the amenities due to the power being out the stove was inoperable as well as the refrigerator did not have any power and we even try to plug it up where it was unplugged and still no power and again I reached out to the property owner and no response. There was a cooler in the room so I'm assuming this has been an ongoing issue so what we had to do was go get ice to keep the items that we had cool. When booking make sure you inspect the room thoroughly because you may not get what is listed when you book The room apartment condo or Villa. That was the only issue mainly that I had was we were not able to use the stove that we booked for as well as the refrigerator also we were not able to get any channels on the TV so basically we were just able to sleep and shower. Even if the owner couldn't solve the solution right then and there the communication is very poor. It took almost 20 minutes to find my room because of lack of directions at the hotel. A fellow customer helped me find it. When I arrived to the room it was so hot and the a/c was not working and did not get help had to sleep very uncomfortable the entire night
Several things made our stay here less than pleasurable. First, we were hit with "Hidden" fees that were not included in the original quote. We were quoted one price for a 3-day/night stay yet I was charged another higher price to my card. I tried reaching out to Beach Front Studios to find out what the extra charges were for and have yet to get an answer. Secondly, the condo that we stayed in was dirty, the bathroom toilet was broken, the kitchen utensils were covered in food and the floor was unswept when we arrived. Lastly, the overall state of the hotel was not good. It smelled musty and most of the carpeting showed signs of water damage. I will not book here again.
