Upon arrival, we were informed that the hotel had been oversold and that they might not be able to accommodate our stay. Ultimately, they were unable to honor our reservation, despite the room having been booked six months in advance.
Additionally, the first room we were placed in had cockroaches. While the second room was acceptable, the damage was already done.
Being forced to find alternate accommodations on Rolex 24 race weekend, with no notice and no meaningful assistance, placed an unfair and unnecessary burden on us as guests. The lack of accountability was especially frustrating, as the hotel owner shifted blame to Expedia rather than taking responsibility.
This experience left a very bitter impression. I will not be returning to this hotel and cannot recommend it to others.
