Ocean Front Delight - Ocean Walk

This ocean front unit in the north tower offers upscale finishes along with spectacular views. This unit features brand new living room furnishings with full size sleeper in the couch. All the bedding has been upgraded throughout the unit! You`ll feel like you are sleeping on a cloud. For entertainment each room has it`s own flat panel TV! The living room and second king bedroom also have high definition programming. This unit has just been updated with the 3rd bedroom & new carpet throughout.

The master bedroom has a king sized bed and features an extra large corner Jacuzzi tub. The Jacuzzi tub is separate and private from the water closet & shower. This way each can be used individually. The guest bedroom offers 2 full sized beds and the 3rd bedroom features a queen bed and large closet! Each bedroom has it`s own private access. The unit will sleep 10 using the living room sleeper. The living room features a panoramic view and large balcony. The full kitchen opens into the dining and living room area letting everyone enjoy the spectacular ocean views. The kitchen has everything you need so just bring the groceries! The unit features 2 Front load washer dryer systems & 2 AC systems. With free secure private parking, convenient Ocean Walk Shoppes restaurants, and walking distance to the Boardwalk, Ocean Center, and Seabreeze clubs you don`t need to go any where once your here.

Per the resort, the minimum age to rent is 21. They will not allow anyone under 21 to check in.

This ranks in the top 3 of our cleanest locations to date. The facility is showing some age but it doesn't keep you from having a great time. The property manager was so easy to contact and he helped with any questions. The views from the room were beautiful.

The place was excellent— not one complaint. nice view of the ocean. The staff at the guest service desk was awesome-did not have one issue at all. If this condo is available nexttime we need a few days away- I would be glad to stay there. Thank you for a wonderful few days.

Music festival trip

My friends and I booked this place when we came for welcome to Rockville. (9 of us)it was at the Daytona speedway. About 15 or so minutes away from the resort. It was one of the best trips we took. The location was perfect. On the beach. In the middle of restaurants and shopping. Two pools, a lazy river and hot tubs all open till midnight. After a long day at the festival we came back and went in the pool/hot tub. The staff was so friendly and helpful. communication with the owner was fast and friendly. buy your own bag of ice, it’s just easier than going all the way down to fill up the ice bucket. There are only 2 parking passes but the public lot is only 15 a day. Would stay here again. Beautiful ocean views and sunrise. Lots of towels. Hour and a half from Disney springs and city walk.

Great experience, incredible view, and beautiful condo

I booked this property for myself and some friends for a vacation, and it was awesome. The view from the balcony is incredible, overlooks the beach and ocean. The condo was very clean and tidy, and communication with Scott was great. He made the process easy and was very clear about the check-in and checkout process. Would definitely recommend.

Perfect condo for our gang!

Everything was as advertised! Property manager was great to work with and we had a wonderful vacay! If I have any suggestions it would be that they need a couple more skillets 
.we like to cook big breakfast and one skillet made that a challenge. Not a complaint, just a suggestion. I know most people don’t go on vacation to cook !!

The location was great. The condo was nice but could use some cleaning. Mattress in guest room was not comfortable at all and new sheets would have been nice. There was goid quick communication when I inquired about the beach towels. It just could have been cleaned better.

Great Unit
