I found the property to be exactly as it is listed: an upstairs unit with interesting parking and a small kitchen (camper-type stove if you need to cook). While it was overall small-ish, it did meet the needs of my vacation. It CAN sleep maybe 5 people, but honestly if you have more than 2 people in your party, the claustrophobia and "excuse me"s get real. The host is very nice and quick to communicate, and the unit was very clean.

Cute Cottage with a Great Location
Our family of 5 was in town for a dance nationals at the Ocean Club. This location is not only incredibly convenient for the Ocean Club but the ocean is just minutes away. Chris was very helpful and has great communication. The cottage is adorable and well suited for our family of 5 for the week we were here. The location is wonderful for dining with many options within walking distance. We didnât need to use our car once while in Daytona.

The neighborhood is rough. The kitchen is a hot plate with aging cookware. A couple of days might be ok but a week way too long.

Quaint Quiet Bungalow
We had a fantastic stay at this property. I highly recommend. It was clean and comfortable for myself and two college aged kids and while quiet and set back with a beautiful little courtyard, it was within walking distance of everything. Parking wasn't an issue for us and we both our vehicles and us were safe.
Chris was beyond exceptional with communication. He provided detailed information, answered all my questions and was extremely prompt in responding.
This place is adorable and we will definitely be returning on our next trip to Daytona!

Such a cute little spot!
Let me start by saying Chris is a great host and will help you whenever you need it! He even stopped by to help me with the WiFi. This is the cutest little spot! Itâs small but cozy! Itâs so well decorated and the view is very nice at night. It has everything you need and is very aesthetically pleasing. Would definitely recommend this place to family and friends!

Bike week
This was a great place to stay. I was there for bike week , just for a couple of day and it located less than a 3 minute walk from mainstreet. It was around maybe a ten minute walk to the pier. Great place to stay.
