Gorgeous Ocean View apartment! It has 1 King Size Bed and a Full Size Sofa Bed up to 4 guests. Newly furnished with cooktop, microwave, refrigerator, toaster, coffee maker and Keurig, all dishes, utensils, pots and pans, iron and ironing board, hair dryer. Apartment includes linens, towels, 43" inch SmartTV includes 140+ channels and WiFi are included for your entertainment. Great food, music, drinks, shops and a lot of fun. Centrally located on a quiet piece of sand in the Oceanside Inn Resort!

The ocean was visible from the room and had easy access to the beach, but the building smells like a cigarette.

The room was okay, not the greatest but we could’ve dealt with it for our long weekend
until we couldn’t. This is an old hotel that doesn’t have a live person there at a front desk, if there was issue. For starters the doors into the hotel were drilled out so not secure, anyone could wander in. The covered parking area wasn’t lit which with the clientele that was living at the building made it scary. The top was no better, there were people sleeping in their vehicles. There was only 2 washcloths for our 4 day 3 night stay, the air conditioning wasn’t working properly and we were surprised with maintenance in our room without getting any notice from our host, the door handle came off in our hand and the door wasn’t very secure. The walls were very thin so you could hear everything
even doors away. The shower curtain had mildew on it and the whole room/hotel had a weird smell to it. The pool was dirty and the bricks/pavers were not secure in several places which was we felt was dangerous. Our host was sympathetic until we asked for a partial refund when the final straw was several cops came in and was searching for someone/someone for several hours. We ended up packing our things and leaving on the second evening, we fortunately found a hotel in Ormond Beach which was such a welcoming place.

This stay was everything we needed. We’re local residents from just down the road displaced for a week due to construction at home, but staying here felt like a mini vacation. The unit was cozy and had everything we needed - since we were not technically going on “vacation” we ate-in most of our meals, the cookware and burner plate were a godsend for that. Everything we needed in the kitchen. It was clean and well stocked with other essentials that we very much appreciated. Bed was clean and comfortable. Beach view. The pool was very nice although we didn’t go in it, too cold outside (at least for us!) this week. The Daytona Pier and many restaurants are within walking distance along the beach, and there are also rentable scooters parked right in front of the building. The area is on the border of Daytona Beach/Daytona Beach Shores so it is away from the craziness of Main Street yet still very close by. Like many buildings in the area, this one seemed to be a mix of permanent, seasonal residents and vacationers, all of whom I ran into were pleasant. The host Vincenzo was very responsive and accommodating, made sure we were happy with the place. And we were. I may be a bit impartial, but I highly recommend all to come visit our great city of Daytona Beach, the most unique and the best beach town in Florida - which not only is beautiful, but not overpriced, full of fun for all ages, embraces all kinds of American culture, and staying here will be a great choice to do so!
