This stay was everything we needed. We’re local residents from just down the road displaced for a week due to construction at home, but staying here felt like a mini vacation. The unit was cozy and had everything we needed - since we were not technically going on “vacation” we ate-in most of our meals, the cookware and burner plate were a godsend for that. Everything we needed in the kitchen. It was clean and well stocked with other essentials that we very much appreciated. Bed was clean and comfortable. Beach view. The pool was very nice although we didn’t go in it, too cold outside (at least for us!) this week. The Daytona Pier and many restaurants are within walking distance along the beach, and there are also rentable scooters parked right in front of the building. The area is on the border of Daytona Beach/Daytona Beach Shores so it is away from the craziness of Main Street yet still very close by. Like many buildings in the area, this one seemed to be a mix of permanent, seasonal residents and vacationers, all of whom I ran into were pleasant. The host Vincenzo was very responsive and accommodating, made sure we were happy with the place. And we were. I may be a bit impartial, but I highly recommend all to come visit our great city of Daytona Beach, the most unique and the best beach town in Florida - which not only is beautiful, but not overpriced, full of fun for all ages, embraces all kinds of American culture, and staying here will be a great choice to do so!
