Enjoy a full 180 degree view of the beach from the balcony and expansive views of the Intracoastal River with amazing sunsets through the large window wall in front of the unit. The master bedroom has a king pillowtop bed, en suite bath, vaniity and large walk-in closet. Large windows and slider doors to the balcony bring the stunning views to your serene bedroom sanctuary. The second bedroom has 2 new pillowtop queen beds and walk in closet. Living room includes a 60 inch flat screen smart roku tv with high speed fiber optic cable and wireless internet service.

Everything you need to enjoy your time at the beach is here... Beach chairs, towels and umbrellas, boogie board, sand castle building tools and lots more, all located in our private laundry room with a full sized washer and dryer. Our unit also includes a fully equipped kitchen with coffee pot, blender, toaster oven, spices and a large crock pot so dinner can be cooking while you relax on the beach.

Sorry, but no pets and no smoking or vaping allowed in our unit.

The building has been completely remodeled. Amenities include free WiFi, heated pool, exercise room, sauna, library, club room, tennis/pickleball court, basketball court, shuffleboard court and poolside grills. Free parking in ground level lot and one assigned underground parking space.
