Great room but disappointed in Hawaiian Inn

We were very pleased with our room that we rented. It was very clean and nice. Everything just as advertised. However we were equally disappointed in the condition of the Hawaiian Inn. The property was in need of some major upgrades. Very dirty and old. Would love to see the facilities match your room. We had family staying in rooms owned by Hawaiian Inn and they were terrible. Overall we were pleased with this rental and would rent it again just hope that the property owners would get together and work on the facilities.

60th Birthday celebration

This booking was for me and my best friend. I wanted to wake up on my 60th birthday to coffee on the balcony overlooking the ocean....my wish came true. This unit exceeded my expectation , extremely clean, the 2nd floor was perfect and I was overlooking the ocean and the pool area. Absolutely stunning. The grounds are meticulously maintained and I could not have asked for a better 60th celebration

Room though small one bedroom one bath, the owner has updated and maxed out the amenities in the room. Two comfortable couches one with a pull out. Two comfortable beds. Huge TV in living room. Bedroom also has a flat screen TV. With unbelievable view with a balcony. Hotel is older but the pool area was very nice. Our family of five two teenagers and our mother in law have absolutely no complaints.

Location, Location, Location!

Balcony gets lovely, direct sun until early afternoon. Amazing view of the ocean and you can easily hear the "beach music" of the waves crashing on the shore. Don't miss the gorgeous sunrise; again, viewed from the balcony. Easy beach access and beach chairs are in the unit. Everything you need for a month's stay is in the unit. However, I must admit, we missed having a dishwasher.

Very nice and clean unit

This was a pleasant weekend in this unit. It was very clean and nicely decorated and maintained. It's clearly been updated and cared for. The building however could really use some updating and maintenance but the unit was so nice I'm still giving it 5 starts. Incidentally the internet wifi was sketchy at best. It really stopped connecting in the evenings and its a central router for all units, leaving you with no chance to restart or improve connection. I was there to do year-end planning and so this was important to me. If you need solid internet, this is not a good spot. However my view of the ocean and overlooking the pool was amazing! Very nice getaway with lots of long walks on the beach!

Awesome stay!

We LOVED this property! The location was amazing! Close to winn dixie if you needed groceries, the beach was literally out your back door, the pool was fantastic, and it was probably one of the cleanest places weve stayed! There was as issue with the balcony door but we were notified before we even got there and a time for it to be fixed was scheduled already, and I even got a reminder message about the time they would be there. Will DEFINITELY stay again!

Everything was great it would be 5 stars all the way accept for some challenges with the door lock. The owner was very responsive and appeared compassionate. With all the virus restrictions and shortages the toilet paper was fantastic ( a real blessing!)

Not what I expected

The property manager was very nice to work with. But the property was run down and it had an outside door like old hotels and I didn’t feel safe. The tiny condo was very clean. We only stayed 1 night and moved to a hotel.

Great view and affordable

In the heart of Daytona Beach with an upgraded decor and all the items you need in the kitchen. Fantastic view of the ocean. The room is not a smoking room, but note three was a lot of smoking in the resort common areas and in adjacent balconies while we were there. Overall a great place to stay with a family.

Wonderful Experience !

Everything about our stay was perfect. The condo was beautifully decorated and very clean. We stayed 9 days and there was nothing we needed that wasn’t provided. The beds were comfortable with nice linens and there were plenty of pillows. The kitchen was fully equipped and we were able to cook many meals with no issues. The bathroom was modern and clean with a good shower. The view from the balcony was second to none! My happy place every morning while watching the sunrise. Communication with Mary was a pleasure and we look forward to renting this property again! Thank you Mary for all you do to ensure your guests have a wonderful time!
