Disappointing stay

The room was dirty behind the night stand food or something was spilled behind it. The balcony was always to hot do to the air conditioner constantly blowing out hot discharge air pulled from the room. How ever the view was nice of the beach. On arrival we were stuck in the elevator we took the stairs the rest of the stay. My wife has seizures and the elevator escalated one.

My stay was great !! Only issue I had was the door not opening on a 2 separate occasions 
. Late night arrival to condo and the code was entered , door unlocked , but would not open It took us 10+ minutes to get in the last 2 nights there

Delightful property!

Everything about my stay was perfect except for one little detail. The key code is 10 digits long. After a couple of days I was able to memorize it but before then I had to make sure to have it written on something to take with me. Not ideal when you want to go for a walk on the beautiful beach and don't want to worry about anything getting wet. Other properties I've stayed at in the area use a 4 digit key code that is programmed to the last 4 of you phone number, a far better system. Besides this small gripe, this property is excellent!!!

Need to hire new cleaning service! I actually cleaned mold/mildew from balcony window sills. I also cleaned the filters in the A/C unit because the unit smelled when i first arrived. I had to wipe down remotes with sanitary wipes as they were very dirty. Other than that, unit was fine.

I don’t recommend this property to anyone

My kids and I had a very bad experience at this property. I’m planning to book our vacation for this summer, and this came up, so I decided to review this place. First of all this room is infested. We all got bug bites all over our body and it was very each. The room is incredibly dirty!!! The lights didn’t work, food left behind in the fridge, the internet DOES NOT WORK at all, TV is very old and has the old HBO with old movies and stuff, no cable available. To not forget the smell of urine in the balcony
 Yuck!!! And I almost forgot, heads up, after booking, you’ll get a huge list with things that you can’t do, and the charge of everything you lose , which I found it insane. Yeah, not a home away from home at all.

overall a great stay, only negative was on the balcony, the balcony is blocked in front of the railing by the lower roofing of the lower conference room so the A/C blows hot air out onto the balcony area and there is nowhere for the hot air to go, so it makes for a bit of noncomfort since florida is already hot....

Cute studio

The studio was perfect for the 2 of us. We were visiting to look for areas to live. Full kitchen included. The water took a bit to get hot and the elevator is very slow but those are the only things that weren't 5s. Pool is beautiful, loved the ability to drive onto the beach (we didn't). Would definitely stay again.

The location of the property was great. Close to everything. The sunrises were spectacular but the cleanliness of the place was less desirable. We were checking out we found a ton of garbage under the bed. No towels for 2 days. We came on a Saturday and no one man’s the phones until Monday. Had to go buy our own bath towels .

You cannot deny the view but it's an older complex with minor issues.

Overall we enjoyed our stay here. The room is nice but older. We have stayed in studio units before but this is by far the smallest. Having a small kitchen area was nice although lacking in lighting. The rusted stove hood light blew so we bought a replacement bulb which blew within 2 days as well. We experienced very low water pressure which affected the hot water and toilet flushing. It was nice to be right on the beach although the balcony and the unheated pool were shadowed after 11am. The balcony is very small and the view is slightly obstructed from the tile roof below. Upon arrival, there was a broken beer bottle with a cigarette butt which had been dropped from an above unit directly in front of our unit. It was a task finding out if management or building maintenance were responsible for removing it although after about 3 days it was picked up. There was also what looked to be bird poo on the balcony ceiling and wall. The drain between the tile roof below and the patio which held what looks like old water and dirt in it was unsightly. We were surprised these rather simple issues had been ignored by the cleaning personnel. Tenants could be better noticed of maintenance issues (scheduled and emergency water shut-offs, insect spraying, painting) with such notices posted outside elevators rather than inside.

We loved it. Great location. Great room. Hoping if we book again the restaurant will have opened again. Would be nicer if you could spruce up the walkway/hallway to the rooms somewhat and keep the elevators working better.

Dirty condo in Daytona

Condo was not clean, makeup splattered on wall, baseboards havent been cleaned in years, door knobs missing on closet door, tile missing near bathroom and if you like the smell of urine and weed on balcony this is the place for you. Actually the whole building is in need of desperate repairs. This is suppose to be a premier host what a joke. Email was sent to host/bookings department and I was told nothing could be done! Unhappy 1st time customer who will not be returning. Disappointed in Daytona

Great but ZERO Internet!

I read a few reviews about the property and the bad ones are way off. It is not a top of the line property but it is clean with a great location. Our specific Condo was great! Clean with great views and access to many spots. Our only issue was the internet for the complex is SO slow and shared. If you care about Internet do not stay here. If internet access is not important it is a great value!

Condo on the Beach

The view and location were lovely. However, there were some maintenance issues. The blinds were missing big sections, giving folks on the beach a full view in to our bedroom at all times. This problem was reported and nothing was done. There were also cockroaches. The maintenance people did come and spray the 4th day we were there. I honestly would not stay at this location again.

Nice Property

Easy access with the digital lock on the door. No keys required. The only thing I would improve on would be the wifi, we have verizon cell service and it was sketchy at best. So we tried to use the free wifi, however it was worse than our sketchy cell service. The speed varied from 2 - 18 mbps! Even though we were not there to surf the web, it would have been nice to have better service for sending pictures and such.
