Oceanfront Luxury 2BDR/2BA @ Peck Plaza 8NE

Direct beach access stairs are open! This beautiful unit has 1 king bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower and 1 queen bedroom. Full guest bathroom. The unit was totally remodeled in 2021 when the building was modernized following hurricane Matthew. Includes complete furnishings, wi-fi, in-unit washer/dryer, full kitchen and basic cable and smart TVs in every room.

The lower garage has free parking and remains open during the garage weatherization project. The north lot is also open.

Communal pool, hot tub, gym, club level rooms, building deck and direct beach access stairs are open. Beach access also available by footpath on south side of property.

Peck Plaza, built in 1974, retains much of its historic charm with the 29th floor restaurant and unique, low-clearance parking garage.

A starter kit of household essentials is provided, including trash bags, laundry pods, dish detergent pods, toilet paper, and paper towels. Additional supplies are the guest’s responsibility.

Guest have a central point of contact with Daytona Ocean Front Rentals and will also meet a host at check-in for a building tour prior to key transfer.

Check-in is from 4:00PM to 8:00PM EST. Late check-in from 8:00PM-12:00AM EST will incur a $100 service fee payable in cash onsite to the host prior to key transfer.

No check-in is allowed from 12:00AM-10:00AM EST.

Includes two parking spaces, one in the parking garage (6' max. ceiling) and the other in the adjacent, uncovered north parking lot.

Trailers are not allowed onsite. Please text after booking, but prior to arrival to inquire about rented offsite trailer parking.

No smoking allowed anywhere in the unit, including the balcony. If the unit is required to be deodorized due to smoking, there will be an additional $300 deep cleaning fee charged plus you could be liable for any lost rents from subsequent guests.

No pets of any kind allowed.

Building rules require guests to wear cover ups, shirts, & shoes in all common areas. No student groups & minimum age of primary guest is 2

This was everything we wanted in a stay on Daytona beach! The condo was perfect, kitchen was well equipped and updated. Enjoyed every moment and could not stop looking at the spectacular views from every room!

Excellent Experience

The condo is extremely nice, well maintained and clean. Check in and out were easy, communication with the owner was smooth and easy to do. The property is in a great location and well taken care of as well. The condo is also very quiet, you don't hear neighbors or hall traffic either. Now on to the best parts. From the balcony or just looking through the windows you can see the very blue Atlantic, see dolphins cruising up and down the coast and watch the squadrons of pelicans doing there thing. If you want to walk down to the beach from the property you can or if you want to drive on the beach then access is right beside the property. Anything and everything is within a short walk or drive. Overall, I highly recommend this condo and owner. Would not hesitate to book another stay.

The condo was just as described and in a great spot for Daytona! We were disappointed the hot tub and kid pool were closed for our entire stay but that is not this condos fault.

Very nice Condo! LOVED security of our stay!

The condo was as beautiful as pictured online. So nice and clean! Great communication from staff and April was excellent and we were even able to get into the place a little early. Had a Keurig AND a Coffee Pot (so important for us moms!),. April gave us lots of suggestions for great locations we could visit when not on the beach- everything within driving distance of 10-20 minutes.. We had a great time! :)

Don’t book until you are 100% sure

The condo was very clean. I loved that both bedrooms had the gorgeous view. I wish the balcony was bigger to fit all four of us better. It was decorated nice. The extra fan was a plus but the air worked good. The check in was not as easy as usual- we had to meet someone to be shown around and we were later getting there so I felt like we were inconveniencing her although she was very nice . After she showed us around I could see that it was to benefit us but we are not used to that. My only complaint was the way Dennis reacted to me when I messaged him a few days after booking that I made a mistake in my dates. He was very sarcastic and snippy - I understood that the following week was for a minimum of 7 days rental but when I asked if I could change my reservation by a day he told me I already knew it was booked the day before and the day After when I booked my room. Well, no I didn’t. If I had I would not of asked him. Yes, I could of looked before asking him but I was trying to figure out what to do and let him know I had a conflict. So we went on and kept our reservation since we couldn’t change it, I have used VRBO for 20 plus years and never had an owner or realtor respond to me in that manner. I have always had great experiences.

Beautiful condo with an amazing view. Everything went smoothly from check in to checkout. Tastefully decorated, comfortable bedding and sitting areas.. it’s like home away from home right on Daytona beach. Easy access to anything you need or want.

Peck Plaza not ready for rentals

The remodeling of Peck Plaza will be very nice when completed however it is far from ready to be renting in its current state. We were NOT informed the pool, hot tub, restaurant, tennis etc weren’t open for use!
