JoAnn was amazing. The place was perfect! We enjoyed a lot of the amenities, but was sad we couldn't finish the Tigers head puzzle in time.

Great stay near the beach!

We stayed six nights in January while we attended the Rolex 24 Hour race at the speedway. The accommodations exceeded our expectations and the price was reasonable given that an event was taking place in the area. Unfortunately we didn't have any balcony/beach weather while we were three as temps were cool, and we really didn't spend much time at the condo other than sleeping. Joann, the host was terrific to work with and very communicative. We would definitely stay there again!

Great place to relax at the beach

We enjoyed our stay. Condo is older but well cared for, nice and clean. Beach access is very easy. Closet full of beach items was appreciated. Kitchen is well equipped. Would definitely stay again.

Great property, location, and manager

The property manager, JoAnne, was very nice and helpful throughout the whole stay both before and during. The property was nice and clean and provided everything we were expecting. There was some construction on the building going on at the time, which couldn't be helped and was no ones fault but JoAnna made up for it anyway. Very nice of her. I recommend this property.

This was a great spot to be!

We loved our stay! The pool was so quiet and clean which was a big plus! We loved being right across the street from the beach! The Condo was clean, and great for what we needed! The beds were ok, but I have an iffy back and brought my mattress topper/foam to make it softer(personal preference). The kitchen had all we needed, and restaurants were so close by as well. We were so close to daytona speedway, as well as the outlets and many great shops down the main strip to the boardwalk! This was our first time to this area. Next time we may try the Ormond area for different but this unit won’t disappoint! Plus the washer/dryer was close to unit and easy to utilize! The views are nice as well! Joanne was super kind and helpful and a great host!

Great week with family!

We loved our stay with Joann! The condo was clean. Check-in was smooth. Communication was prompt and easy. The location is wonderful and the other residents in the building were so sweet and pleasant to talk to. We often had the pool to ourselves and if there were others present, it wasn't overly crowded. The walk to the beach was just a couple of minutes (across the street) and going between the beach and pool was simple (because heaven forbid we stay somewhere for more than an hour...🙄). There were beach towels, beach toys, chairs, umbrellas, and pool toys available for use in the condo so we didn't have to lug those things from home. We enjoyed our trip and hope to stay with Joann again next year!

The condo made our extended vacation perfect

We took an extended vacation to Daytona Beach and wanted to stay in a condo versus a hotel for that extended period of time. The condo was spacious, clean;, and had everything we needed. We were able to save money by having breakfast and lunch in the condo and it had all the cooking utensils and appliances we needed. It was a quick walk to the beach which was rarely crowded. JoAnn was an amazing host and made check-in and our very easy as well as checked in on us to see if we needed anything. We can’t wait to come back.
