Building was under renovations, closet door was fallen and you could see all the cleaning supplies. We paid for ocean front except the windows were completely covered by blue plastic. We checked in and checked out within 15 minutes but we were fully refunded since we were not notified about the construction.

Overall, our stay was great! We loved the beach access and the restaurant next door. It was a pretty quiet area but not too far from plenty of things to explore. I didn't realize I booked on the 10th floor. The view was amazing! We were also honored with a full red moon which was stunnind lighting the ocean surface. Crabby Joes was excellent food just a next door. Our hosts were great and the lobby people too. Love, love, love this place!

Everything great. Excellent location right on the beach. Clean and well stocked room. Clean renovated lobby. Friendly staff. Only negative was the bed was too soft for older people or anyone with back issues. For two people practically non sleepable.
