Pour : Le silence, il n'y avait presqueersonne
Contre : Présence non stop à la réception, serviette et savon à mettre avant l'arrivé des client
Emplacement : Face à un super marche Lowes Près de la sortie d'autoroute
Lorsque nous sommes arrivés à la réception nous avons attendu un réceptionniste qui n'était pas presse d'arriver. Puis dans la chambre manque les serviettes, la télécommande pour la tv, toilette branlante, baignoire pas bien nettoyé reste quelques poils pubi...., la porte ne ferme pas à clé.
Pas de couverture pour dormir, seulement un drap et " un couvre lit léger "
Cette première semaine de mars 2014 était particulièrement pluvieuse.

No breakfast!
Publié le 6 mars 2024 sur HotelsThe website said a breakfast was offered and showed many nice pictures of the breakfast area. After I checked in, I asked about the times for breakfast and was told that there is no breakfast and that the website is incorrect. This is unacceptable!

I don’t usually leave reviews as I’m pretty tolerant with anything so long as the place is clean and safe. But I felt compelled to leave this review.
We were due to check in at 2:00, and we got to the property around 12 so we went to the front to see if we could check in early, and if not, to use the bathroom in the lobby after travelling. The lobby was locked, and the male attendant motioned us to this tiny little window where we explained what we were after. He said we couldn’t check in early, we couldn’t come into the lobby, and we couldn’t use the bathroom because it was out of service.
We thought that was totally weird.
We came back at 2:00 to check in and again tried to enter the lobby - it was locked. The woman attendant motioned us to the tiny window. We asked if we could come into the lobby to check in. She said that normally they don’t let people into the lobby but because it was cold she would let us in.
We go into the lobby, and there’s a perfectly functioning bathroom right there (counter to what we were told two hours prior).
The female attendant said that they had kept the lobby closed ever since Covid. What? It’s 2024. It’s absolutely ridiculous to make us stand in the parking lot and conduct check in through a tiny opening in a window like you would see in a convenience store in a “bad” part of town.
The fact that they aren’t allowing patrons into the lobby to have a civilized check in or to use the bathroom is ridiculous, using Covid as an excuse
