The house is surrounded by a garden and is located on open waters. The house has a number of private moorings. The house has underfloor heating. The location of this house makes it ideal as a base for a holiday in Friesland. Directly on open waterways, in the Alde Feanen nature reserve near Earnewald. By boat you sail in half an hour to Grou, Akkrum or in fifteen minutes to Eernewoude. The Lauswolt golf course is 15 minutes by car, only 30 minutes from the cities of Leeuwarden and Groningen.
