Tout d’abord, le logement était dans un état de saleté inacceptable : il y avait de la poussière partout et la présence de nuisibles ( anthrene ) nous a particulièrement inquiétés. De plus, il n’y avait ni draps ni serviettes à disposition effectivement c étais écris dans l annonce mais je n avais pas vu ( première fois que je loue un appartement sans drap , ni serviette, ni même 1 sac poubelles ni de papier toilette . Les oreillers étaient couverts de jaune et sentaient le rang ferme les couettes étaient dans le même état et les matelas étaient sales couverts de poils et d anthrenes, . Enfin, l’absence d’eau chaude dans tout l’immeuble a rendu notre séjour encore plus difficile. Ces manquements aux conditions de base de confort et d’hygiène que nous attendions ont engendré un grand désagrément, alors que nous avions fait confiance à votre agence pour nous fournir un service de qualité minimum.
