I asked for first floor and they said they did not get my request and they had no rooms . I think they give Expedia worst rooms, we were in front of the elevators and in front of highway - VERY loud room , had to leave my rain music on phone to sleep. Refrigerator did not cool and was full of sandwiches and beer . Phone had no buttons on it?

None of the doors latched properly. If you didn’t dead bolt your door it could easily be pushed open without a key card. Breakfast area was VERY small. Only room for 2 families at max!

I liked the secluded area and also the free breakfast option. However the bed was worse than a prison bed! I had to sleep on the couch the bed was so hard. The other thing that was bothering was that there was no shower curtain so the floor got drenched. Another minor thing was that there was only one tiny shampoo and one soap for 2 guests. I wouldn’t recommend unless you had no other option

Worst stay in a suite I’ve ever had

Upon arrival I found wasps in my room and asked to stay in another room but none were “available “ and I was given a can of wasp spray to play exterminator with the following morning it was realized that the door to the room does not even latch and lock have reached out to the managers and the owners and have yet to hear anything back from them I highly recommend staying at another hotel
