Urban Edge | Comfort & Fun: Large Game Room & Fitness Room

This unique property has it all. Professionally designed, this house blends comfort with an upscale feel, just seconds away from all your favorite stops in town. Plenty of space for families and friends with all the amenities. Outside patio area for relaxing in true vacation style and a yard with plenty of space for activities. The game room and fitness room in the heated garage are also exclusive to you and your guests during your stay (see photos).

From the moment you walk in, you will feel as though you are being treated to a luxury stay with all the comforts of home. Upstairs features a vaulted ceiling for an open and vibrant feel including an electric fireplace. Downstairs lets you relax with easy access to outside through a walkout door. Outside patio for relaxation and a children's swingset with slide. A separate exclusive game room in the heated garage allows extra space to enjoy playing games and watching TV. Additionally, a full fitness room in the garage allows you to work out during your stay.

Guests will be provided key code access to the door prior to check-in.

Quiet beautiful neighborhood

Plenty of parking on the property and very easy to get into town via bike or car.

Also, coming soon is a small house across from this property that you can book so large groups can stay across the road from eachother.

The space is super well decorated and cute, a great location, and we looooooved the game room! This was a great rental for hosting our group of 7 friends. We loved that there was ample parking for all of our vehicles carrying kayaks. And every time we drove into town it was so fun to see deer just casually hanging out in yards. Two recommendations for anyone renting
 Bring a fan- the bedrooms don’t have ceiling fans so not great air circulation overnight. And the game room/weight room can get a little warm as well without AC. And if you plan to utilize the basement bedroom, bring an eye mask. There aren’t any blinds so we were grateful we brought ours! We really enjoyed our stay!

This property is everything that is advertised plus. Host stopped by shortly after we checked in to make sure everything was up to expectations. Gave a lot of great recommendations for things to do and everything we tried was spot on. Game room was a blast and grandkids loved the chickens and collecting eggs. Kids are already talking about making a return trip.
