New apartment located in the middle of downtown Decorah. located above the sushi restaurant, Koreana. This apartments include central air, free wifi, laundry machines, one free parking spot and cable with two 50 inch HD TVs.

This apartment is newly renovated, clean and ready to make you feel at home. whether it be for business or visiting during Nordic Fest. This apartment is located in the middle of downtown and has everything you need to ensure a great time. This apartment has a bedroom, a living room with a couch and a kitchen with most amenities.

Guest can access the entirety of the apartment. It is a totally private area.

I will be available to help if needed, but I am very busy so interaction will be limited and not forced.

We are located in the middle of downtown Decorah. local shops and restaurants are within walking distance.

Free parking is available everywhere, there is no public transit in decorah, but bike rentals are available nearby.

The rooms are located on the third floor and climbing stairs will be necessary to access the apartments.

The place was nice. The back alley steps might be a little risky in snowy or icy weather so use the access in the front of the building.

Roomy, clean, and centrally located

Great location in downtown Decorah. The owners were super accommodating with travel changes—and with keyless entry, check in and out was a breeze on my own schedule. Finding the parking took a few tries, and was convenient to the building. A bedside lamp would have made the space more perfect. Kitchen stocked with coffee (thank you) and kitchen essentials. The bathroom even had shower soap and shampoo. The space is truly ready for you to move in your your in town stay.

Great location with plenty of space

Location is so perfect - right in the middle of downtown Decorah. Check in was so easy and the instructions were sent early which I always appreciate in case I have questions before arriving. Apartment seems to be in transition with signs of upgrades so I’m sure it will be even better next time.

Quick stay

Was a quick overnight stay while we traveled for the holiday. Beds and pillows very comfortable and very spacious. The stairs getting up were a little steep, but we had no trouble getting in when we arrived.

Work Trip

The space was comfy to come back to after a long day of work. Beds were comfy and space was clean. There wasn't much space to unpack though, as most of the dresser drawers were filled with extra bedding and towels. Parking was a bit tight for my SUV, but all and all it was good stay, and for the price, I would stay again.

The grease smell was awful

I messaged the host twice about early check in and never got a response. Upin arrival the heat was turned off and the apartment was freezing. When we returned around 830 pm the grease smell from the restaurant below was suffocating to the point we had to open a window. All of our clothes smell now.

Great Location

We enjoyed our stay at Koreana #2 on a recent Friday night in Decorah. The location downtown is fantastic. This apartment more realistically sleeps 4 (not 6) unless 3 people sleep in each queen bed or 2 people sleep in the couch recliners. The one parking spot provided is quite small, and additional overnight parking in downtown Decorah is hard to find. Overall we enjoyed this VRBO however.
