Beautiful Beach Cottage

The house was immaculate, and Colette was very accommodating for early arrival. We really appreciated the Quality linens, towels, and special touches throughout the house. Super proximity to the town of Delmar and the ocean. Everything was walkable.. We will gladly stay here again! 😊

Cottage living at its best
Posted Apr. 14, 2024 on HomeAwayOur family of 5 had a wonderful stay at the cottage in Del Mar. it really couldn’t have been a better set up! You can even walk to the beach or town for dinner. The location is in a really great part of Del Mar! We were very comfortable with a full kitchen and having 3 bathrooms was an added bonus. The patio was perfect too. We will definitely book again!

Perfect Del Mar stay
Posted Mar. 17, 2024 on HomeAwayThere is a reason this property has all five star reviews. The property itself is fantastic. The furnishings are beautiful and everything is in excellent condition. The thought that went into the design and finishes of this house are apparent. Beyond the property at self, the location is perfect if you’d like to walk into Delmar for meals and shopping. It is far enough removed from the busier part of town. It is an easy walk down to 15th St. to access the beach. It is also walkable to the Torrey, Pines Beach, and even the Torrey Pines reserve if you are up for a longer hike. Colette is a great host and was very responsive to our questions and requests. We will be back!

Penny Ln exceptional cottage in beautiful Del Mar
Posted Nov. 27, 2023 on HomeAwayWe have been spending our thanksgivings starting years ago for our daughter playing soccer at Surf Cup. Our family has also been visiting the area since the 50's. Hence, we have spent a lot of time there with family, friends, or previous rentals. This was one for the books....

Posted Oct. 1, 2023 on HomeAwayWe thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The cottage is on a quiet street, beautifully appointed, and a very short walk to the beach, restaurants, and even an ice cream shop! Save an even to make dinner in the gorgeous kitchen! Grateful for the fun!

The kitchen was perfect for the dinner we made and all the breakfast and snack prep we did. It was well equipped for meal prep and serve. Great location, walk to all and a block from the beach.
