Stunning Lakeside Retreat: Delavan Lake Home w/ Lake Views & Private Lake Access


We’d love to host you in our newly built, five bedroom lake view home in Delavan, WI! We’re a short walk to the yacht club, assembly park, the Inn Between and the Lounge for easy access to entertainment, food and gift shops. Minutes to Lake Geneva, the home is over 3,000 square feet with five bedrooms, four bathrooms and a finished basement, complete with a bunk room and foosball table for the kids. Flat screen TV's in every bedroom, the family room and the basement hangout area. Enjoy a new kitchen, new furniture and new appliances.

Come enjoy one of the most iconic lakes in the midwest!

NOTE: Lake access is offered through an easement in our neighborhood about 150 yards from the home and you can walk the lake from there. We do not have a pier or dock included with the rental. The home has beautiful lake views through the trees but it is not waterfront.

Any evidence of smoking inside the house is a minimum $5,000 cleaning fee.
The maids do not clean outside so if they have to clean around the porch or outside (cans, cigarette butts, etc) there will be a $90-$500 fee added.
We do allow up to 14 guests but due to the extra clean up required there is a fee of $18 added per stay for any guest over 8.

Lovely house in a great location. Spacious with acceptable amenities. That said we chose the property for a holiday stay and found that the house was not winter ready, the driveway was icy making it unsafe and very difficult to walk on. Although advertised as a luxury property the interiors lacked finer details and decor and amenities that would justify its luxury rating. In particular a poorly functioning shower in one bedroom, moldy shower curtain. Not what we were expecting when compared to other Vrbo properties we have stayed with similar rating and price.

We just had a wonderful Christmas celebration with all of our family at this beautiful home. The floor plan on the main floor makes it enjoyable for large groups to have small gatherings for conversations and activities without disturbing others watching a game on TV. The downstairs is setup for teenagers and young adults who want to hang out in their own space. Bedrooms are very large and comfortable. The host even decorated for Christmas for us. Overall I would give this an excellent review.

First off, Kyle was an excellent host! He answered all of my questions without any hesitation and VERY promptly. There were 10 of us for our annual girls weekend away. Everything that we needed was there for us to use. The beds were comfortable for a good nights sleep. The entire house was immaculate and there were no cleaning issues. We lucked out with a gorgeous October weekend and were able to sit on the porch rocking chairs. We were close enough to Lake Geneva to go into town if we needed it. There was a Walmart about a mile away if we needed to get anything we forgot. I cannot say enough on how Kyle quickly responded to my many questions before we even came up for the weekend. We would definitely come back to this house again!

Wonderful Wedding Weekend!

Together with our families we rented the house for our wedding weekend at Lake Lawn Resort! We each have two siblings and they each have kids! Our siblings and our parents were all able to stay at the house throughout memorial day weekend. Everything was perfect without being crowded. Plenty of space, beautifully appointed, fantastic common spaces! If you have a big group this is the place for you! We are hoping to book again soon! It was a perfect wedding and being at this house made it possible for our families! Kyle the host was very gracious and quick to respond! Just absolutely perfect! Thank you!

Mahjongg and Merriment Getaway

Eight friends spent two days enjoying lots of laughs and endless games of mahjongg in this beautiful space. We took time to sit on the rockers to enjoy the fall colors and views of the lake and to have some fun at area restaurants and pubs. This house is so comfortable and well equipped.

Beautiful home on lake Delavan

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful home. It still smelled brand new and this home was the cleanest rental we have ever stayed at. It was stocked with all the must haves for kitchen items so made it perfect for feeding 13 people. Plenty of space and the view was amazing. We discovered The Lounge at the corner and had fun listening to live music. We were in the area for a baseball tournament but had even more fun exploring the area. Definitely would stay here again!

Wonderful Getaway With Friends

We rented this beautiful home for a weekend getaway/reunion for our group of six girlfriends. It's larger and prettier in person than in the photos! There are several gathering spaces and we loved sitting by the gas fireplace on a chilly spring weekend. The house was bright and spacious and very clean. The beds were very plush and there were so many pillows! All of the appliances and dishes were newer and in good condition, and there was a never-ending supply of hot water in the showers. It's in a quiet neighborhood, and a short drive from downtown Delavan. We would love to stay here again!

Perfect Location, Gorgeous Home

Kyle’s property is just beautiful, clean and inviting. It’s so nice to have a beautiful place to stay for multiple people that isn’t full of bunk beds. Each room is carefully detailed and refreshing, and lots of openness and space. It feel calm and inviting. Kyle is super responsive and friendly, and made our stay feel relaxed and supported. Great location right at the lake, and easy to locate! You feel like you’re tucked away, but have access to all you need within a five minute drive. Highly recommend!

Paradise in Lake Delevan

Amazing home, with beautiful views of Lake Delevan! Plenty of space to relax, and hang out. The house was spotless! Beds were extremely comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked, the finished basement with the foosball table was a plus. Kyle ( the owner) was AWESOME to work with.
