Bad hotel
Posted Nov. 15, 2019 on HotelsThe hotel doesn’t respond to phone or emails. Couldn’t arrange a shuttle service and after many calls the shuttle that was arranged didn’t show up.

I understand that you have faced lot of issues during your recent stay at our place.
I sincerely apologies for the same and deeply regret the inconvenience.
May I request you to kindly elaborate a bit upon what went wrong with the bed and the linen. Also, were you not able to connect with wifi or the speed was slow or your desired sites were not opening. Also, on informing was any action taken be my staff. Also, we would love to know what other amenities you would have liked in your room? I learnt from my team that the driver was not located at Airport and the transport manager didn`t responded well and we are taking suitable action for both. Somehow, the booking was done through OTA and we have very little role to play, but having said the above, we are taking action to improve on the same.
I again deeply regret the inconvenience faced this time and assure smother service if given opportunity by your kind self.
I look forward for your comments on above mentioned requests to enable better service next time.

Posted Jan. 7, 2018 on HotelsSmall "hotel' within a gated community. Lovely green setting, nicely appointed, very comfortable and clean and helpful staff. Breakfast was included in our stay, with sufficient choice including freshly cooked eggs. The location is very good, fairly central and close to many sites, including the zoo (which is closed Fridays!). Within walking distance to the Khan Market and Lodhi Gardens (recommended!).
Note that taxi drivers may not know where it is/which gate to enter.

Posted Aug. 24, 2017 on HotelsI enjoyed my stay at Ahuja Residency. The place is very aesthetically done. I was very glad they had a kitchen which ran all day long. In fact they also mention midnight snacks in their menu, which I didn't try, but which seem comforting , in case any such need arises. The locality is beautiful and mostly peaceful, except for the stray dogs barking and of course the talking and action amidst staff. Some of the food items could definitely e more reasonable for the guests who are there on their personal expenditure. Also, when the Residency wants to check their mini bar items, they should say so frankly instead of covering it up with other excuses.

Great Quiet location in a bustling city
Posted Feb. 14, 2017 on HotelsWe had a great stay here once we found the place. It is in a gated community and really quiet. After the hustle and bustle of our trip to Agra and Jaipur it was a great place to chill out for a few days.
It is a 5 minute work to a nice shopping area (we needed Indian clothing for a wedding)
