Staff is very helpful. Room doors are not properly sealed. Light from hallway seeps through all the edges. Bed mattress not the best and quality could be improved upon. But the hotel had convenient location for my purpose.

Disappointing

Was given a room with a broken AC thermostat. They didn't even check the room before giving it to their guests. The room was boiling hot. After fixing it once, the thermostat gave out again in the middle of the night switching to heating mode! Had to get it fixed again in the morning after spending the night in intolerable heat. To make things worse, the fridge in the room was extremely old, noisy, emitting so much heat when in operation making the room hotter than it already was. The receptionist was not experienced in customer service at all. That is the most basic thing that hotels should be looking at to provide a welcoming experience. Will not book again.

This hotel is in a newer and quieter part of town. There are many restaurants and shops within walking distance. The furniture is modern and the hotel looks well-maintained.
